Fees & Referrals
Application Fee
Interested parties must submit a completed application along with the application fee of $100.
Move-in Fee
Upon acceptance into the residence, a one-time (non-refundable) processing fee of $200 is due to cover the costs of intake and coordinating move-in/move-out logistics.
Referrals

At Empower Housing, our mission is to support low- and fixed-income adults 55+, seniors, and Veterans by providing affordable and welcoming independent living settings. We are committed to fostering dignity, independence, and community through furnished private and semi-private rooms, shared communal spaces, and stable housing—allowing residents to live with independence, connection, and peace of mind.
Founder
Empower Housing, LLC, is a women-owned small buisness that brings both professional experience and lived understanding of the importance of housing stability. Its founder has over a decade of experience with the state agency responsible for mental health and substance use services. She led initiatives that supported housing stability, supported employment, and community reintegration.
Through this work, she saw a consistent gap between the housing needs of older adults and the resources available to them. Empower Housing was created to address that gap by offering housing that is safe, affordable, and supportive.
